Premise
Accessibility Statement
Premise is committed to making our website and application usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technologies. We treat accessibility as an ongoing part of how we build, not a one-time task.
Our standard
Premise is built with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA as our benchmark, and we test against it as part of our regular development.
What we've done
In July 2026 we completed a structured accessibility pass across the whole product, verified with automated testing (axe-core, WCAG 2 A/AA rules) against the live site and manual keyboard and accessibility-tree checks.
Feedback and contact
Accessibility review is continuous at Premise. We regularly test with automated tooling and manual checks as part of our normal development cycle. If you encounter a barrier we haven't yet addressed, please contact us — we aim to respond within five business days: support@premise.systems.
How we assessed this
This statement is based on a self-assessment carried out by the Premise team on 12 July 2026, using axe-core automated testing across all public pages and application views, supported by manual keyboard operation and ARIA accessibility-tree inspection.
